Ha sido profesor asociado (1978-2012) y profesor Titular de Universidad en el Departamento de Construcción y Tecnología Arquitectónicas de la ETSA de Madrid hasta el 31 de julio de 2022. Actualmente jubilado y nombrado Profesor Ad Honorem. También ha sido profesor en otros centros: 1991-1997 Fundación Antonio Camuñas. Madrid. Máster en intervención y restauración arquitectónica / 2006 Máster de título propio “Arquitecturas complejas. Tecnologías complejas”. Departamento de Expresión Gráfica y Cartografía Universidad de Alicante / 2008-2018 Máster de arquitectura en fachadas ligeras MFL, Departamento de Arquitectura. ETS Arquitectura de San Sebastián. EHU/UPV / 2010-2014 Máster Universitario en Técnicas Avanzadas en Proyectos Arquitectónicos. Universidad Europea de Madrid. Departamento de Tecnología de la edificación, Proyectos e Ideación Grafica.
Ha dirigido cursos, dado conferencias en instituciones españolas y europeas, escrito artículos en revistas de gran difusión –ARQUITECTURA, TECTÓNICA etc.- presentado ponencias en congresos y jornadas internacionales, dirigido tesis doctorales y participado en proyectos de investigación. En la actualidad sigue vinculado con la universidad (ETSA de Madrid y otras escuelas de Arquitectura) mediante charlas, jurys, dirección de tesis doctorales etc.
Asociado con Alberto Ballarín (1984-2000) y como asociado y/o colaborador del estudio Enguita & Lasso de la Vega (2005-2025) ha realizado viviendas unifamiliares y colectivas, edificios industriales, edificios sanitarios, museos etc. y ha intervenido en patrimonio (1988-1999) Monasterio de Yuste, S. XV. (Cáceres).
Como colaborador del Estudio Lamela Arquitectos: 2000 Proyecto de ejecución de la Ciudad de las Comunicaciones para Telefónica./ 2000 114 viviendas en Las Tablas para Colonial / 2001 92 viviendas en Sanchinarro para la EMV / 2001 Fachada de Loewe en C/Serrano / 2001-2004 Miembro de la UTE Lamela/Rogers en la obra de la Nueva Área Terminal (T4 y T4S) del Aeropuerto Madrid-Barajas / 2004 Ampliación y remodelación Estadio Bernabéu / 2004 Ampliación del Aeropuerto de Varsovia con la empresa Ferrovial / 2004-2006 Primer premio en el concurso para nuevo Estadio de la Romareda. Zaragoza. Diciembre 2004- y proyecto de ejecución 2005-2006.
Como arquitecto asociado o arquitecto colaborador ha obtenido primeros premios en concursos de arquitectura: Plan Director del Monasterio de Yuste / Juzgados de Guardia de la Ciudad de la Justicia de Madrid / Campus BBVA La Moraleja / Remodelación de la Romareda / Bosque Carbonífero
Desde el año 2000 ha colaborado con grandes estudios de arquitectura e ingeniería como el Estudio Lamela o la ingeniería alemana Schlaich Bergermann und Partner, (SBP) participando en proyectos y obras de gran envergadura: T4 y T4S aeropuerto de Barajas, ampliación del Estadio Bernabéu, Campus BBVA La Moraleja, Nuevo Colegio Alemán de Madrid (Montecarmelo), Estadio de la Peineta-Metropolitano (Actualmente Riyadh Air Metropolitano) . En todas estas obras se han empleado técnicas y materiales experimentales, así como conceptos energéticos innovadores.
En la actualidad continúa colaborando con distintos estudios de arquitectura como asesor en sistemas constructivos.

At present it is still linked to the University (Etsa in Madrid and other architecture schools) through talks, jurys, doctoral thesis direction etc.
Associated with Alberto Ballarín (1984-2000) and as associate and/or collaborator of the Enguita & Lasso de la Vega study (2005-2025) has carried out single and collective homes, industrial buildings, sanitary buildings, museums etc. and has intervened in Heritage (1988-1999) Monastery of Yuste, S. In all these works experimental techniques and materials have been used, as well as innovative energy concepts.
At present, he continues to collaborate with different architecture studies as an advisor in construction systems.
