1. Acceptance of the Conditions
By requesting and using their digital accreditation for Stonegal 2026, the visitor expressly accepts these general terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them in full.
2. Use of Digital Accreditation
2.1. Personal and Non-transferable Character
- Accreditation is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- The transfer, sale or rental to third parties is prohibited.
- The visitor is responsible for the use of his or her accreditation.
2.2. Access to the site
- The accreditation allows access to the fairgrounds during the established days and hours.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse access for security or capacity reasons.
- Accreditation must be worn visibly on the premises.
2.3. QR and Contact Details
- The QR code contains professional contact information (vCard).
- By scanning the QR, exhibitors will be able to access the professional data provided.
- The visitor consents to the processing of this data for commercial purposes related to the event.
