How to become an Exhibitor
Steps to follow as an exhibitor
You can exhibit at Stonegal Expo as:
1- Exhibitor, with Own Design Stand, hiring only land and minimum services or.
2- Exhibitor with a Stonegal Modular Stand.
A.- Fill in the space/space reservation form with stand (online or in PDF) and send it to info@stone.es.
B.- Check your email up to ten days later and you will receive the invoice corresponding to the contracted amount.
C.- Payment of 50% of the initial amount of the invoice up to 180 days before the start date of the event by bank transfer.
D.- You will receive an email with a username and password to access your Exhibitor Area.
E.- Payment of 50% of the final invoice amount up to 60 days before the start of the event by bank transfer.
1 – Exhibiting with your own design stand
Space and Expo services to set up a stand of your own design, including:
- Floor in the Expo corresponding to the meters of the Stand
- Minimum electricity services from 9:00 to 19:00 hours. at 1.4Kw per 36m2 contracted (minimum space).
- Access by contracting extra services
- Presence in Stonegal’s General Directory of Exhibiting Companies in both physical and online versions.
- Limited access to the Congress Area.
- Unlimited access to the Private Directory of Companies and Congress Participants
- Unlimited electronic/physical passes/invitations.

**The organisation will study any design proposal that adapts to other measurements as long as they are subject to the exhibition floor.
This allows islands to be joined and spaces to be combined according to the needs of the project.
2 – Exhibiting with a Stonegal modular stand
Stonegal offers a presence with its own stand of high aesthetic and functional quality with optimised storage and product display spaces for Exhibitors who do not have their own stand design.
Each contract for a Stonegal Stand of 18m2, 36m2 or 72m2 includes:
- Floor space at the Expo corresponding to the stand’s floor area
- Complete Stonegal modular stand services depending on the model chosen (see each model).
- Presence in Stone.gal’s General Directory of Exhibiting Companies in both physical and online versions.
- 1 physical copy of the General Catalogue for every 18m2 contracted.
- Limited access to the Congress Area.
- Unlimited access to the Private Directory of Companies and Congress Participants
- Unlimited electronic/physical passes/invitations per day for 18m2 contracted
- 1 day 1 Parking Pass for each 18m2 contracted
- 1 Coffee or Break voucher in our cafeteria per day for every 18m2 contracted.
- 1 Meeting Area Pass per day for every 18m2 contracted

Contract ExtraServices
All Exhibitors have access by prior contract to the following extra services at the Expo. These services can be contracted online in the Exhibitors’ Area up to 15 days before the start date or by contacting via email or telephone after this deadline. In addition, some services will be available for contract during the days prior to the opening at the Exhibitors’ Desk at the Expo site.
The standard services to be contracted are as follows:
- Stand assembly fee of own design (compulsory for any fixed structure requiring assembly)
- Certification of electrical installations (compulsory for any installation)
- First floor erection fee (subject to approval of the structural project)
- Supplementary electricity connection 24 hours a day.
- Three-phase electrical connection
- The connection and collection of running water includes basic supply (see general conditions).
- Anchoring services for aerial structures (Rigging)
- 65″ TV
- Cleaning services
- Gardening and plant hire.
- Rental of exhibition furniture and flooring or carpets.
- Hostess or assistant services
- catering services
- Transfer services
- Temporary storage services (before and after the exhibition)

Stand set-up and dismantling dates
Design stand set-up from four calendar days before the start date until the day before the start of the event at 21:00
Goods in from two calendar days before the start of the event until the day before the start of the event at 18:00 (*)
Delivery of Modular Stands from the day before the last but one day before the start of the event at 8:00 a.m.
Removal of goods from the day after the end of the event at 12:00 to the second day after the end of the event at 12:00
Dismantling of Design Stands from the second day after the end of the event at 8:00 until the fourth day after the end of the event at 19:00
