9 m² for your company within a shared island. A compact format with the stand set up for you and a manageable investment. You book your participation individually; Stonegal arranges the shared space.

Your logo is required. The content you provide will be adapted to the screen. If it does not arrive by the specified deadline, only your logo will be displayed.

Stonegal assigns the island, position and orientation. Access does not offer a choice of location and does not participate in the general points system.

Can I choose my location?
No. The organiser assigns the island, position and orientation of your space. Access has its own terms and does not participate in selection through the points system.
Can I reserve with a 30% payment?
No. Access requires full payment when booking. The 30% reservation procedure applies to other participation formats.
What does the 9 m² image show?
The image shows the shared space. Your individual booking covers 9 m² within that open space, with the equipment listed. Stonegal arranges the shared space: you do not need to find other companies to participate.
What VAT applies to my company?
For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the total including 21% VAT is €2,418.79. For companies in other countries, A400 checks the tax details and the establishment receiving the service. Where invoicing without Spanish VAT applies, the total is €1,999. EU details are checked through VIES; unverifiable cases and non-EU companies require documentary verification before signing and paying. Tax obligations may apply at the destination.
Are travel and accommodation included?
No. The price covers Access participation at Stonegal. Travel and accommodation are booked separately.
Do I have to send a video?
You must provide your logo and may supply content to be adapted to the vertical screen. If the material does not arrive by the specified deadline, only your logo will be displayed.
